Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Depending on your location, standard shipping usually takes 5-7 business days for arrival.
Do the bicycles come fully assembled?
To ensure safe transit, our bikes arrive 85% assembled. You will need to install the front wheel, pedals, and handlebars using the toolkit and guide provided in the box.
What is your return policy for sports gear?
We offer a 30-day return window for all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective.
Do Pogo Cycles come with a warranty?
Yes, every Pogo Cycle comes with a 2-year warranty on the frame and a 1-year warranty on components against manufacturing defects.
